This community is dedicated to grandparents who are the primary caregivers of their grandchildren. In cases where the parents are not willing or able to provide adequate care for their children, grandparents may take on the role of primary caregivers. I received word and copy of my husband and my Psyche Evaluation... We are NOT crazy and the doctor feels the GC should be placed back with us!!!!!!
The doctor also stated a safety plan in writing should also be given to us with clear instructions on who in CPS is the boss, who the kids can see and who they cannot see, and feels if this was in place before there would have been no miscommunication, and we would NOT be at this level in court!
This is the doctor the GAL picked for us to be tested by...So take that CPS!
My lawyer is trying to contact the AG right now to settle this once and for all. I'm celebrating but at the same time I will not allowing myself full celebration until those children are safely in my arms!
I had to share, and I thank GOD for listening to all prayers generated from everyone concerning my family.... Oh my God, I'm getting my babies back home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

should make you feel good. I hope this is the end of the craziness for you, and that you get them back where they belong!
a bad experience with cps and loosin your gc. I too had a horrible experience with that agency.
My thoughts are with you for their safe return back to you.
