Babygirl, 9 months old, just started sleeping through the night last week. I thought I was going to lose my mind.Sleep deprivation is a killer. We tried everything, and she was getting where sometimes if you leaped up and gave her the pacifier before she stood up she would go back to sleep. She was up nightly around 1 and 4 almost every night, didnt go to bed until 11 pm either. I work full time and was a zombie.
Her crib was in my room. I sleep in a silent room, her 3 yo brother sleeps in a room with the nature sounds clock radio going.
I finally decided maybe that was the problem, she was waking when we moved or anything. Saturday before last, we moved her crib to her brother's room.Made a big deal about it, he helped carry the rails and stuff, he held out the springs for the sides as I was screwing the crib back together.. Big Helper. He loves his sister ALOT.
I figured it would be ok since he goes to bed at 930 and she refused to until 11PM She generally fell asleep in my arms, then I'd bring her up to bed, so I just put her in the crib and turned on the nature sounds. SHE SLEPT THROUGHT THE NIGHT!!!!!!!
She has slept through the night since I moved her. Unbelievable, I wonder if we snored, or rolled over too much!
Last night I put them both in their room, still awake, at 930. Turned off the lights( we leave hall light on) turned on the nature. They were asleep 30 minutes later!!!!!!Slept until 630AM Not sure why he slept under the crib,with his pillow and blanket, but Ill take what I can get!

I need a nature sounds clock for my 3 year old during naptime (mine, not hers haha). She can live without afternoon naps, but I get drowsy. Maybe something like that would lull her to sleep.
Our youngest didn't want any sound at all and didn't sleep much until we got her used to some sounds and she got done teething!
