Lets not make anything easy. Biodad says he can't wait to sign, but will only give parents address so serving him will be annoying, as we have to coordinate when he's there. He says no problem ill be there..
Biomom says she can't give me her address but if I give her sisters address then We can coordinate when she will be there to get served. ( But shes about 300 miles away) 3Both say let's hurry up and do this, but they have to do it sideways...

Lawyer said we have to include a statement for support and visitation. If they don't object, We have put as agreed upon between parties for the visitation . For the support part he recommends waving support. I know that should get both to agree, and neither would pay anyway.
Lawyer will create the paperwork for their agreeing to my custody, filing feed, serving fees. All for 1000$ it's hard but I think he is hi I g me a good deal. I don't think I could do all this without lawyer.
