Grandparents Raising Children Support Group
This community is dedicated to grandparents who are the primary caregivers of their grandchildren. In cases where the parents are not willing or able to provide adequate care for their children, grandparents may take on the role of primary caregivers. Pinky actually showed up with no black eyes! It took the kids a while to start talking to her, and I notice they're a little cool with her, but at least no fights.
Your chocolate syrup story reminded me of the surveillance camera the kids put in the Christmas tree, aimed at the fireplace. (We open some presents on Christmas Eve with the cousins and one of the presents was a flexible tripod.)
We went crazy, trying to figure out how we would show Santa coming down the chimney. Fortunately, the tripod fell out of the tree and the kids didn't notice. HAHAHA!
Hope the New Year is wonderful!
