Quick cuz i lost this 2x..My G son 16 having sex for over a yr with same girl. Let him move in ? Wife says just him , no kids and sex in house.hes doing it anyway. I can get him in school amd care for him. Wat to do ?

I think we'd need a bit more information, such as what is his situation with the bios? What is your history with him, etc.?

I agree not enough info. That said. You are not going to stop ho from having sex, you can say no sex on your home but he is still going to have sex. If he moves in you need to make sure he and the girl understand what safe sex is. Do her parents know?

Will you be a legal guardian or just a hotel? Does he want to move in with you? My guess would be if he wants to move in at the age of 16 he thinks you will be a push over and provide a bed and food and he will do whatever he wants.

Regardless at his age I would have a written contract with him detailing your house rules, IE he must go to school, he must maintain his grades, he must work, no girlfriend in the house without you present, no sex in the house, chores etc. Detail it.

This is about parenting. He may be having sex but that does not mean you . Should condone or enable him. The responsibility is is you and you should b e teaching him. Your wife is right. If he moves in its your rules. If he wants to finish school, get a job and be a husband/father it will then be his decision. Suggest you speak to school counselor. They have programs that teach kids about responsibility and what they lose by their actions.
