father of gs up for parole tomorrow. My feelings are very mixed. On the one hand, I don't want to have to deal with him at all. On the other hand, I hope he gets out of jail and makes a life for himself. He was only 17 when he went to jail for child abuse. But last year he joined a gang and got transferred to high security. doesn't sound much improved.
However,he abused my daughter before he abused my grand. My GS hasnt seen him since he was 5 1/2 weeks old and getting slapped. He doesn't know him.
According to court papers, father can get paid supervised visitation, but unless his sister pays, I don't see that happening.
I can just see him just showing up at my house "to see his baby". I'm almost positive he'll show up at least once out of curiousity.How do I know if he's a hardened criminal or not?
I have no contact with his famaily. His brothers were in and out of jail. His mother didnt protect my gs and has made no attempt to contact me. They all live 5 miles away. His sister has asked my daughter to let her see my gs. This idiot sister who even after her brother confessed, blames my daughter. She was there the night it all happened, she helped take gs to the hospital with swollen face and bruised eye. And then tried to keep me from getting gs out of foster care...
