I know it is so hard to leave your home you have lived in and loved for so long. I am so sorry about this. However, I agree with the other ladies who have posted wonderful things here. It isn't your responsibility to provide anything for the bio's other than being able to have a way to contact your grands. They lost their child(ren) for a reason so they should be the ones to have to make the effort to keep in contact with your grands. If the courts gave you custody and there is no geographical restriction on you, there shouldn't be a problem with you moving. As far as the biodad trying to get custody, I would think he would ahve to prove to the court that he is ready, willing and able to raise your grand. There is a reason why you've had him/her for so long.
