My daughter sent me a FACEBOOK friend request,when I went to her page to check it out she said on there that she only had one child her daughter who is in foster care in ILL.What about the 2 little boys that I have custody of?Has she forgotten them? A couple of weeks ago was the youngest boy's b'day and I was getting ready for his party when she called wanting to tell me all about her visit with the little girl.I told her that I was real busy and could she call me later that night when I would have more time to listen.She says 'what are you doing that you are too busy to hear about your own grandchild'I said "do you not know what today is?"she said "no what is it?"I said to her"today is your other baby's b'day and I am trying to get ready for his party!"She got all irate and started screaming at me that I didn't love her or her baby and that she would make sure that I would never get to see it.I calmly told her that I probably wouldn't ever get to see it anyway because she would never get her back and hung up on her.
She visits the little girl and pays support for her and is always talking about her.She never mentions the boys when she calls[the only time she has mentioned them was to tell me to make them be quite so she could hear me on the phone],has never spent one penny on them much less paid support.She has never even seen the youngest boy,he was born by c-section and taken straight to ICU where I picked him up.She has only seen the oldest 3 times in 3 years.She has never asked to see them.I truely beleive that she has forgotten them.How can a mother do that?just forget that she carried a child 9 months in her body and gave birth to it?

I would stop taking her calls but the mother in me wants to know that she is OK.I love her but I hate what she has done to these boys.I have changed my number a couple of times but she always ends up getting it some how.She has always had alot of mental problems but I never dreamed she would go as far as she has where the boys are concerned.She went from making death threats against the oldest and myself when I got custody of him when he was born to not even aknowledging they exist now.
Have you checked on the laws of you state reguarding her status if she looses a child through CPS? In the state I am in if a "parent" (I happen to think you need to actually be parenting a child to have that title) and have rights terminated by the state here then any other children can be TPR'd even those yet to be born. That would allow you to adopt, that is the only permenent way to protect a child.
