This worries me:
"The judge ask me to write her a letter explaining that we will not keep her from him if she gets herself together in the future, but that further testimony will put a separation to this family that may never be fixed."
Run that one by your attorney and have the lawyer write any letters!!!!!!
Once you put in writing that you won't keep her from him if she gets herself together, I'm thinking you're opening yourself up to all sorts of shenanigans. A smart attorney could say "what is getting herself together? She hasn't done drugs for two weeks and has a job at Mickey Ds and an apartment. She's together." Or they could say "won't keep her from him" means that you're agreeing to give him back.
I hope she can't gum up the works, and I'll say many prayers for you!!!!
Please keep us posted as to what happens and how you are doing. My prayers are with you.
I will be praying this get's turned around for you soon and you and your GS will be able to live without having to worry about any of the bios threats!
