Hooray, tomorrow we have court to close the case, leaving gs custody with me, and giving ddmom supervised visitation! I am thrilled that some of this madness is going to end.

Congrats, must be a wonderful feeling to see a light at the end of the tunnel and its not a train!
I am just at the beginning of the process so my fun is just starting.

court went great, not a hitch for once. I'm happy to be done with dss. As a bonus, old court orders apply, which means biobstd can only get visistation when he gets out of jail, and he has to pay a supervisor, who also requires transportation to and from. Since he has so far shown himself unable to pay for anything, or hold a job, I doubt visitation will be an issue.WOO HOO FREEDOM!!!!
