We went to court last Monday for full custody of my grandaughter. My daughter(who had decided to hire an attorney and fight us) walked in and told me she was going to sign the papers, because her attorney said she didn't have a leg to stand on. Only now the ad litem for the unknown Father says they have to find and serve the father because my daughter told her, she knows who she is but refused to give her his name. She finally gave the ad litem the name and we have to wait until they find him and serve him. This man has never seen my grandaughter and never wanted anything to do with her. Have any of you dealt with this? can he come into the oicture and take her? I'm really worried about all of this, my grandaughter has been through enough.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
