Well, they can't get my daughter on drugs due to her UA's being clean so now they have her on being bipolar.Her PCP said she is went on meds they turned her into a crazy women so she went off. CPS had a phsyc evail done and it came out she wasn't bipolar, but because her PCP said she was, there is a issue with the safty of the children. However, all the other agencies who have seen her with her children and have evailuted her said she is above average on her parenting skills. Ok, so no meds from PCP due to how they flipped her out. CPS evail states she's not, but Court said she needs to stay on her meds and be tested and we will be back in court on April 6th for the final hearing. What are we doing? Who is not reading the documents in fromt of them, and when the judge was asked if he had time to read the documents, he said no.

This is crazy!Everytime I read something like this I get so pissed;Im so sick of this crap!Why cant the judge and the system pretend this child is their gd or grandchild what would they do what would be the best interest of this child or children?THE LAWS HAVE TO CHANGE WE ARE LOSING OUR CHILDREN AND NOBODY GIVES A DAMN;EVERYDAY ON THE NEWS THERE IS ANOTHER CHILD GONE,RAPED,KILLED,DISSAPPEARED,WHAT HAPPENED to the lady that was on here to try and help understand what some of us are going thru;my step-son hired a lawyer thru his girlfriends parents,he didnt even put his own money up for his daughter,BULL;

I dont understand. bipolar is something you are born with. She had two test each one came out different. Bipolar is not why the children were taken drugs were and now that she is drug free they go with the bipolar. To top it off she asked me if she should tell cps about the bipolar diagnosis from her pcp and I told her yes! If she did not tell them, cps test states she is not bipolar and she would have her kids tonight with her.I give up!

I dont understand why they always find legal term or some illness so they can take drugs or not but they get their kids back;while we as grands try everything we can to provide a safe loving enviroment no drugs no tickets no accidents same address same driver lincense everythings stable but we have no say no rights,the sperm donators get a lawyer find some legal term use it get their kids back cause all they are to them are pawns,money,food stamps,housing etc...then when they mess up and they will they know well be right there to pick up the pieces;take the child back in and the cycle starts all over again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

Lostmyjoy, My daughter doesn't want bipolar, but it did explain why she was smoking weed and did meth. It's call self medicate. There is no illigal drug use left with my daughter, she is considered and always will be as a recovering drug addict. I've been reading your story and I can feel your pain as to having a Bio who isn't doing their part getting custody back. The system is messed up and unfortunatley we live in that system. You were the best person in that GC life when that GC needed someone the most. Please give your self a huge hug and remind your self of this everytime you get feeling down. Love, Nutsandbolts

nutsandbolts I cant give myself a big hug;Ive failed her I promised myself because mommy is diseased that we would give her a voice and that if mommy was here she would fight for her little girl so daddyo cant just do whatever he please's;mommy would never quit fighting over what this dad is exsposing his daughter to;exspecially because she's a little girl!I thought the state looked at things differently when the child is the oppsite sex,she should have her own room!even if it was a little boy he should have his own room or your not providing what this child needs as far as their enviroment it does matter;I guess this is a moral issue?
