Mad because she wants to come visit for weekend,BUT she has bedbugs in her house she can't get rid of because it's a roommates infested couch and she has no authority to make them get rid of bedbugs. She says she's getting bites but doesn't air on that couch anymore, so can't she just come to my house and run her clothes through my laundry ?
Or the kids can go to her house !!!
No way, I don't want the expense or hassle of contracting her bedbugs ! Don't know why she thinks I should risk all if that when she refuses to deal with it at all, you can't ignore bedbugs .i knew she was irresponsible but wow, she's supposed to have a baby in July and has done nothing to get rid of bedbugs and she's telling everyone I'm giving her back custody if the kids this summer???yeah I'll just send them into your bedbug house NOT

Bedbugs are next to impossible to get rid of, and they'll come right into your home on her clothing.
Pinky gave our entire family scabies -- TWICE -- several years ago and it was the most embarrassing thing we've ever had to deal with. We had to put poison on all six grandchildren, plus all of the adults, steam clean the rugs, you name it. Pinky came back to visit and started the whole thing over again.
This is a wonderful group - and we've all been through the same thing you're going through. One of the amazing discoveries is that it's like a textbook! Our experiences are almost identical, which is why we can support each other so well.
