Don't feel lonely my daughter says stupid things to my grandaughter too. That is why she is'nt allowed to see her alone anymore. most of these children are going to have emotional problems later in life thanks to these parents. I don't believe they will ever learn.

Like sunni, my daughter would say the same stupid crap to her son. I just told my grandson that his mommy is sick and doesn't think before she speaks. She is no longer allowed in my home. As far as visits are concerned, I told her to take me to court. The only way I will let her see her son is through a court appointed rep and that will be at her expense. To date, she hasn't bothered.

My grand daughters mom told her, if you tell anyone you want to live with your grand parents this time we got to court, you won't ever see me again. It was a threat...sick isn't it!

My daughter died from a brain tumor when her son was 14 mos old. He and bio dad were living w/us and stayed on until he was 4.5 yrs old. He remarried (as expected) amidst our hopes that gs would be in a loving family. Didn't know whacko mom was now in picture. she told gs when he talked about his mom: "there is no heaven, she's not your mom, I am!" Then told him we didn't exist and anything else she could say bad about us. In other words, what little security he had, she tore away. Our goals of helping gs transition to new family flew out the window with this idiot. After 1.5 years of verbal, emotional and physical abuse, the court turned him over to us with all the baggage. I ask God why my daughter didn't live to raise her son as she should have. He let this whacko live to destroy everybody in her path and took my daughter?

Something each one of us need to remember, the mental abuse is as bad as the phyiscal abuse in our eyes and in the states eyes!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is what we fianlly got Ri's mom on. But again they are so stupid...it continuees..... mom alone gets Ri one day a week now,her half older brother was throwing rocks on the last visit and told Ri he wished he could throw rocks at her grand ma, because she took you and won't bring you back! Ri was very upset about this and said she didn't say anything back to him except it really upset her.
So I have made another call to the social worker to report the mental buse again.
I have not said much on here for the last several weeks, because my case has taking a major turn and things are looking up for us.
But please report the mental abuse. If the child is old enough to confirm it that is a plus. I never knew you could report the mental abuse and I am still amazed that you can and there seems to be more done about it then the phyiscal abuse.

I think she said a very stupid thing. first of all they do remember alot at that age.
What is you DD? I'm old and not up on some of the abbrevations !

dd is used by alot of folks to represent dear daughter. since one of my dd is the mom, I use ddmom for that one and dd for the one who hasn't had kids yet. dh is supposed to be dear husband. I us biobstrd for bio sperm donor because he is a bstrd who is in prison for child abuse on my gs (grandson) :)
