My chest started to do its wonderful flutters and pounding which told me my stress level is too high. The Holidays have always been my time to shine, this year its not the same. I have GD/D in a drama production of Winnie the Pooh and chorus along with her B/day coming up next week. I have our wedding anniversary next week as well, which I made plans for the kids to be over at a friends house. My oldest just had her Orchestra concert last night, so I can mark that one off the list. Now I need to find time to shop, wrap and cook. My husband said, hed do the baking as I informed him with all the commitments and shopping Im giving up on the baking.he likes his cookiesGO FOR IT! Im trying to give up on the stuff I dont really need to deal with. My GS/S has a b/day in Jan after x-mas. We allowed DD to camp with us over the Thanksgiving Holiday. She took her own car so she could go whenever she felt the need. It was nice seeing the kids interact with their Mom...Its been several months. DD did leave early which was ok for me and hubby, were use to raising the kids and it was kind of difficult her not knowing their routine. I get a text from her that she just found out she needs to move again at the end of Dec and the job she had is no more. No she isnt coming here and she knows it! I dont want the text to start like they did back in the summer. So all the prioritizing I did to release some of my stress I feel has just been placed open for her! I dont want her drama I dont need her drama and God knows the kids need me!
