I"m getting ready to put in 5 hours at work this morning and then I'll spend the rest of my day moving out of my apartment. I had planned to go dancing tonight but I guess I wont get to. I've had a sore throat and persistent cough for the last couple of weeks. Yesterday morning I woke up and I had lost my voice so I went to urgent care last night and the doctor said I had Mycoplasma pneumonia. He put me on a 5 day regime of antibiotics and said it should be better in 3 days. He also called it the 100 day cough because it could last for months if not treated. I don't really feel too bad but I hate to spread this around so I guess I'll stay home and watch a new dance DVD I got yesterdy on the two step.

Today I am going shopping. Not the fun kindof shopping but for necessities. I actually LOATHE walmart, but I have a gift card and I'm kinda broke right now (and out of toilet paper! yikes!) and wasn't able to go the other day cause I was slammed at work. But, I have already planned to park in the back of the parking lot and trust me, this place is an entire city in and of itself and am going to walk the entire store.

Then to CVS & Kroger. Oh and I need to take my trash to the dumpster and I'm going to walk it instead of driving! I'm gonna see how much closer that gets me to those 10,000 steps!! :)

Plus, I cheated last night for the 1st time since January 4th. Someone had left a bag of something in the kitchen at work all day Friday, I don't even know what it was, but it looked heavenly. All were eaten except one and I was the last one out so I grabbed it! I justified it in my mind that I had been good since January 4th and I'm pms and needed my chocolate fix! ha!

It was like a crunchy thin cookie type thing made into a sandwich and creamy chocolate & peanuts inside...good Lord, it was so wonderful, it must have been deep fried! lol! I will have to ask Monday what it was that I ate, but it was orgasmic! And I don't feel guilty.....sin was eminent at some point right?? hee hee...

Man, we're dropping like flies. Dontread you gotta GOYA for me, Mando AND your wife....if you don't mind. And here I though my household was the only one plagued with the dreaded wife saying "WE" have to do something today. In a sad way I feel a little better. I guess misery really does love company.

Well I've shoveled and I've played WII , so that's two of the four GOTA'ed for so far!

3000 steps at walmart! haha! Oh well, typically I sit on my big fat arse on the weekends, so it's more than I would have ordinarily done. Maybe I'll jog in place in my living room for a bit! lol!

lol! yes.....and deoderant & toothpaste too! I was out of those as well!! hahahaha!!! :) Boy did I wreak!!! hahaha!

Cleaned house like a crazy woman including kids rooms which were knee deep. Scrubbed bathroom from floor to ceiling. Tile is beautiful but a pain if you don't keep up on it! Rewarded myself with something that has been off limits for a weeks. My favorite pasta w butter and Parmesan. Wasn't as wonderful as I remember and I didn't finish it. Left me feeling groggy and sluggish. Guess it's not my favorite anymore. Craving brown rice, broccoli and caulflower and chicken breast for dinner. Not going for the pizza I bought my son and friends for his bday tonight. Only like vegi chicken pizza anyway. Anyway enough about food gonna take a long overdue walk with my chocolate lab tomorrow he is neglected lately.

Had temptation issues w alcohol tonight so instead of drinking I had 3 peices of cheese pizza, a chocolate chcip cookie and several handfuls of lays potatoe chips......oh dear God, I'm so disfunctional! But now I'm in bed sober and after a full day of horrid eating I will do better tomorrow. I am making progress even if it's sideways;)

It's okay to enjoy junkfood now and then. Especially on a Saturday night.

Well I tried to GOYA even more yesterday until my lower body, and I mean every joint and muscle from hip to feet rebelled. A little pain is one thing, but do you ever get to the point where your legs simply won't do what your brain tells them to, at least not without a fight.? It really was a rebellion.
