In light of what has recently happened to one of our customers I decided to start this topic.
A girl came in with a tattoo idea to celebrate her weight loss, with the help of Dave, they came up with a great design then she got it tattooed on her foot. After seeing the tattoo, another woman decided she liked the design and went to her 'so called' artist, and did a copy.... both are in the photo section
'ARTISTS' would not stoop to these levels.... and judging from the looks of the other tattoo, you can see why anyone who 'would' do a copy, IS NOT AN ARTIST!!!!!
Please feel free to leave your comments.

i had this happen to me, but my artist did all of the copies. I got my celtic heart, which is in my profile somwhere, my ex, bf at the time, got the same one but in blue 3 weeks after i got mine. same place too. then i find out two days ago his (insert nasty name here) gf got my fuckin heart. in blue. mine may be in pink but still, same thing. so i am redesigning mine and getting it touched up. and informing my artist not to do my heart again. unfortunatley i have 6 designs i have done, now i have to pick one. good topic. i would hate to see someone with my tatt, let alone my ex and his bitch of a gf.

I just hate that people steal little tattoo's thinking that theirs no thought put into creating it where in fact a good artist will put everything he's got into every piece. That's why all my pieces are big; so no one who likes the concept will ever get a duplicate

I found a tatt on line I LOVE. Its utterly fanfuckentastic. I have a copy of it and I will take it to an artist and change it into my own version. I think at this point..after 2 damn yrs of thinking, drawing, searching I deserve a break and to be able to say...I want it THAT good but NOT a reproduction ,its the idea. And I already have that theme on my back..Judgement day type thing...the last days whatever you call it. I will change it up...I can tell you it's a horse...so I'm sure it's all been done before. It's so realistic and the origional owner is lucky to have it on them.

I would be flattered if my ink was copied in any form. Waited twenty years before I got my first tat, so when Im old and gray with faded ink, I'll still love my faded ink! Would be cool, it I knew the person who was influenced by me ink. Previous posts, can understand daisyrose and feelings involved. But then I am an old fart!

I agree with baldrocker. if I got someone's art on me id always make sure to give them credit for it though.
