Hi Everyone: I hope my testimony about quitting smoking will help some newbies and people thinking about quitting. I've been quit for 34 days today. It has definitely been an uphill battle. I went to a smoking cessation group and tried to quit several times when I first started in the group and went back. I really felt bad and was mad at myself. One night I had a midnight cigarette and said to myself this one is my last. I quit and haven't gone back to it so far. There have been stressful times, but the smoking addiction and recovery group and good posts have been really helpful for me. When I want a cigarette I look at a picture of my beautiful daughter Emily and tell myself no. I also do deep breathing exercises. If I have a hard craving I use the nicotine inhaler. I know you are getting nicotine but you're not getting the carcinogens that are in cigarettes. My husband is very proud of me. Thank you Mayberry Deb, MsBlank1, Grannie, Sambod, and everyone. Quitting takes a lot of planning and work. Most people don't quit the first time. I'll pray for all of you and if you need help please contact me. Thank you.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
