I just wanted to post a note saying that it really REALLY sucks that so many of us are haunted by our past traumas and the triggers that we have to learn to deal with on a daily basis. All we can do is hope that in time they will heal and subside - I suppose... I hope that we all can get to a point in our lives where our past traumas won't haunt us anymore.

hoped for that for all my life,,, I am in a grief process and so much is coming up from my past,,, and exactly as you say all the past traumas are flowing and ebbing,,, I am pretty upset with all of it and alot of other losses tie in having trouble funnctingong as I am just starting to accept right now just grief bit i do bet it trigger work is great and the ptsd room has alot of veterans in there
