...Anyone ever bring there pet to one? I wonder about my dog.. When i walk him, sometimes he'll go after cars, almost getting hit inthe process. It scares me, it's like he wants to commit suicide. I try to reign him in before a car comes, sometimes having to drag him closer to me.. Just wondering. Tracy

Tracy, please accept this in the spirit I intended it, just advice... You dont really need a pet psychic for this small problem, I believe its just an easy training issue. Use a choker collar and leash. when he lunges toward a car snap him back a bit with the leash and say NO! He will catch on after a bit and your problem will be over. I used this technique to train a dog of mine to stay in my yard. I just walked her around the perimeter twice daily and firmly jerked her back saying NO. It worked very well.

Hi Tracy, I agree with Wag. In your dog's best interest for safety reasons, training sounds like it is needed. Another suggestion is to keep your leash rather short so your dog can't get too far away from you. I've had a doberman and several rottweilers and because of their strength and size, obedience training was necessary as a puppy for their safety. The doberman did well but the rotties took a little longer..up to a year old.
