GERD & Heartburn Support Group
Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) is defined as chronic symptoms or mucosal damage produced by the abnormal reflux of gastric contents into the esophagus. This is commonly due to transient or permanent changes in the barrier between the esophagus and the stomach. If you are afflicted with GERD or heartburn, join the group and find support.
I would request it if you are feeling really lousy all the time. Gastrtis can be really bad and people have no clue unless they have it. It can stop you from functioning well like I mentioned to you before.
Tell your doctor how bad the gastritis is making you feel. I am sure he/she will have heard this from others before..
Just remember, this will get a lot better. You have to keep being really careful with diet and eat really small meals for gastritis.
