I am having a colonoscopy and endoscopy tomorrow and having to take klean prep today. Thats not the problem though. Because of my GERD and the nexium I take, i get starving hungry after just two hours. Its so bad I feel sick, my head hurts, my throat hurts and it feels like there is a hole in my stomach. I don't know how to go 24 hours without eating. The water is not filling me up at all. Help!

Sorry jenn, I can't offer much help. I too take nexium, but those things don't happen to me. I would say call your doc, but now it is getting to be too late in the day.
24 hours??? That is a long time?? Should be 12 or so I would think.
I always make those appts. first thing in the morning so as not to go any longer that I have to. I realize that it is a little late for that suggestion too.

it was a long time. Mind you now I have had the tests and had a general anaesthetic I don't feel that hungry at all. Just weak. But they didnt find anything bad which is a good thing
