I have been on both the meds you are taking. They have not made any differnce to me at all,I do get the hungry feeling but the feeling of something in the throat is not the meds its the acid refux. It feels like you have a pill or piece of bread stuck and it won,t go down drives you mad lol.Stick with the Landsoprazo it is the best out of the 2 I take it 3 times a day but if its bad I take 2 -3 times a day.
I am on Omeprazole and I don't have any of the symptoms you are having. The only problem I had was that I was feeling very sleepy when my Dr. increased it from 20mg to 40mg. I now take it 20 mg. one day and 30 mg. the next day. Give Give the medication a chance.
Good luck to you. I hope you are feeling better soon.
