Hey, I would like to learn more about this condition without getting the textbook definition.. my husband gets acid reflex a lot.. last night it was to the point where he was dry heaving with stomach pain all day today. I'm not too sure if its GERD or just acid reflex disease, but he's in so much pain too often.. I'm taking him to the doctor tomorrow to see what they say, but would anyone be kind enough to tell me how they handle their everyday life with this horrible disease? Thank you.

Let me know what your husband found out at the doctors and please feel free to pmessage me and I will tell you whatever you need to know. I have done a lot of research and read a lot of material on all the different conditions we can get. Hugs GB

I'm just checking back to see if your husband is okay and if you still need some more information. The doctors should have given him all the ammunition he needed to get through this. I don't understand some of these doctors. Hugs GB
