I wonder if it's healthy to flirt with people online. It's a lot of fun but makes me wish to really look the person in the eye and make a "real" move (you know what I mean?)
On the other hand, I have a pen pal from SF. We've been flirting for 2 years now and we've become good friends. Now he's planning to visit my tiny island on Christmas. I wonder what is going to happen when we are on the same side of the screen.

Probably it's like most things and it just depends on the person. I'd most likely be more concerned about myself not being quite as brave and outgoing in person as I feel the freedom to be online. Guess I'll find out.

However, I don;t see how flirting online is any different from flirting off line, aside from the advantage of seeing things that cannot be seen. In fact, I think there has to be some kind of thrill in flirting online with a perfect stranger.
