Okay so here is the situation. I broke up with my ex several months ago. Its been over a year and a few months. We really had a bad relationship. We left on okay terms but I stopped talking to him and blocked his texts because he was trying to contact me about dumb things. For my own mental stability I couldn't deal with it. I wasn't particularly close with his parents. However his mother did give me her mothers crochet hooks and she sent a Christmas gift a few years ago. I just met them once or twice.

I received a message on my Facebook account from my exes mother. She sent me a message saying Merry Christmas. We are not Facebook friends but I have a separate Facebook page that I post all of my baking pictures and she commented on that. For some reason I have not been able to shake that.

I have no idea why i am so emotionally about this. Every time I think about it it just brings up so many other feelings. I know she liked me very much but it just dragged up a bunch of stuff. Am I nuts for feeling this way?
