I honestly don't feel great about being such a loner, but if I look at the bigger picture of my life and the people I've spent time with. It's quite evident that having people around that have attractive facial features makes life a little bit cheerier. That being said I'm gay- gabh mo leithscale (that's excuse me/excuse my story in Irish Gaelic)

Attractive personalities and positive attitudes are usually what translate to something real imo... Someone can be a physically beautiful person and be one of the ugliest people you ever meet just by their actions and the way they treat other people. Not sure if being around a bunch of assholes who have attractive facial features would make anyone that much cheerier.... jmho

Good looks and a good heart can come in one package. It just seems to be a rare thing unfortunately.

If you found Mr. Right with the face of Adonis, would you drop him like a hot potato if he was scarred in an accident? I find that a bouquet of flowers really brightens up a room, a view out the window is nice, and I enjoy looking at art. Many of us who are not Hollywood material, turn out the lights and have mind blowing sex the likes of which you may never experience. Oh, and have you read Oscar Wilde's Dorian Grey?
I don't mean this in a snarky way, just in a "Huh?!! Have you been looking at too many airbrushed pictures of Hollywood actors & models??!!!" Also, who do you see when you look in the mirror? If the face there is gorgeous, you could put up lots of mirrors, and just admire yourself instead of putting the time and effort into dating.
