I was wondering who you can tell if someone is a lesbian, because my good friend at school (I'll just call her Sara for privacy) seems to have taken and intrest in me but she doesn't know I'm a lesbian. She asked for my number, texts me, and stares at me alot. From this, can you tell someone's sexual orienation?

well the only one that makes it a possibility is the stareing thats how i figured out my friend thats bi liked me caus i havent come out to anyone but anyways every time i would walk over to our group after class even if other friends were comin over too she would look at me and i swear there was always a different look in her eyes maybe a sparkle i cant explain it, id catch her lookin at me when she thought i wasnt lookin and when you look into someones eyes the look in them and there expression is a good indicator i cant tell you what to look for but youll know and if when you look at each other and she adverts her eyes unusually quick or stares for too long, if its quick it shows shes nervous that youll find out she likes you or if its long she dosent care and wants you to know or she doesent know shes doing it but cant help it

If this also helps more, she always sits by me and I catch her staring at me, in a different way, like you said missblueeyes.
