Hi I'm Madi. I have just started telling my friends that I am bisexual and now they aren't talking to me. Has this happened to any of you? How do you deal with it? I'm already depressed, this makes it worse.

Hello Madi! I'm a lesbian and I have only told 2 of my friends but they have been completely supportive of me so I can't relate there. What I can tell you is how to deal with it.. If they don't accept you for who you are, the hell with them! They don't deserve your time if they are going to do that to you. Don't feel depressed, I have depression and it's not easy. You just have to find the good in everything! I know that's corny but, just remember there is always someone out there who cares about you! For example.. me! I care and if you need someone to talk to I'd gladly be able to help you! :) Stay strong!

Hi Madi!

I have to say waffles has some great advice! Said perfectly. To hell with anyone who doesn't accept you as you are. The people who stay close by your side no matter the circumstances are the ones you need in your life. Your happiness is very important. Always remember that. Your friends need to as well.
