Gastritis Support Group
Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.
I believe if I had done the zinc carnosine with the diet like it should be I "might" have gotten cured. When I did the zinc carnosine I didn't know as much about the diet as I do now.
If you give this one a try, make sure your diet is first straight (this is the hardest thing as you basically have to learn by trial and error) then give this a try.
I really can long about my experience but I want to be clear is you have to be careful with any supplements. Basically I did so much zinc carnosine I think I overloaded with zinc and then I started to have negative effects from too much zinc. I did it for 4 months. I can't take any supplements for too long, even multivitamins. My body just don't react well to supplements over a long period of time. The thing with zinc carnosine is that to see any effects you have to take 2 or 3 pills a day. If you take just 1 you won't see much. But then if you do 2 or 3 and you will see effects but you can do it only for a few weeks.
