Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.
Nothing nagging just there.
Just not sure if when you feel a slight burning is it better to take something or sort of tough it out if it is truly mild. Just trying to get off meds and just take supplements for good health.
Mine seems to be persisting. Haven't been scoped yet, hoping to get something scheduled soon.
As long as it is mild that is good. Take gaviscon tablets and be aware of what is happening overnight from a reflux point of view.
