Gastritis Support Group
Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.

The GI system is a serious mystery to many. Hang in there and be strong. Keep breathing and remember how far you have come.
I had tried the beans the week before and had no problem. For me, with the gastritis at least, once a food is safe it stays that way. Only my IBS plays up and changes. I can't explain this but maybe in combination with the other ingredients? Either way I can and will live without kidney beans. Let's face it I've managed for almost four years.
Thanks raven for your support again.
