Gastritis Support Group
Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.

I'd be more concerned about drinking the water than anything.
I'm thinking of supplementary stuff that I can bring along, and I can't think of many ideas.
Instant cup noodles is a source of comfort food to me when I travel and when the main meal does not satisfy me because I end up not ending 50% of what's cooked for everyone.
there is instant oatmeal drink too - but I hated these.
Lots of biscuits and some protein (sausages) that you can cook or boil yourself would be good too.
