Gastritis Support Group
Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.
It might be super inconvenient but what I do is I'll wake up at like 3 or 4 in the am and eat a meal then a couple hours later eat my next meal then be able to fast and not worry about my stomach throughout the day then simply finish my other 2 meals later in the evening or at night.
Probably not the most helpful advice but it works for me. Also if your going for straight calories, I love macadmia nuts & any type of granola cereal, neither of which bother my stomach.
