Gastritis Support Group
Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.
I can only tell you what I eat, and I still lose weight.
Breakfast: 1 Banana, 1 cup of yogurt
Snack: Small potato
Lunch: Chicken 2/3 breast, and some rice or potatos (1 small to med potato)
Snack 1: 1 Banana, 1 Yogurt
Snack 2: 1 Banana, 1 Yogurt
Dinner: Chicken, Rice or Potatoes (1 small potato) size of raquetball
I used to eat till i went to bed, now I stop at like 6-7pm.... so maybe that makes a difference.
