Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.
And I know that feeling man, maybe junk food one day but not beer haha.
I used the capsules for a while, but I didn't notice any difference. I then started opening up 2-3 large capsules and putting them in warm water. That is when I started to see a difference... I then switched to the powder brand..
Even though I have been doing pretty well.. It still acts up from time to time depending on what I eat.. So I just take the slippery elm and modify my diet ....
