Hi I was wondering if anyone has had any sleep troubles with gastritis? I remember reading other people get sudden bouts of chills which I thought i was alone. So if anyone has sleep troubles at all please let me know. Its almost like I have weird insomnia at night I lay in bed for hours before I can fall asleep no matter how hard I try. and on some nights its almost a half sleep and I feel pretty tired the next day. does anyone else have issues with this? I was finally given amitriptyline to help me sleep but it is wayyy to strong I cant even open my eyes when I take this pill, and even when I do it knocks me out but obv its the gastritis that seems to be troubling my system. So it doesnt help me feel rested as much as I would hope.
