Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.
Then I had another one. And another. And then I was set back a month.
Depending on your state, you may not have something as severe as other people on this forum.
So in the end it's hard to tell, but what I do know is that too little time has passed since you last asked for advice, in order to start already getting "weak".
You start slipping early, you'll start slipping often, and your stomach will start teaching you lessons.
Also Yogurt contains milk, and milk is not good. Consider replacing that with farmer's cheese (TVOROG) with sugar mixed-in. Farmer's cheese is a milk product, but it's sufficiently different and its acid suppression effect is actually stronger than its acid stimulation effect, and it's also a probiotic and has some protein.
