Hey everyone. I seem to be going back downhill, quite rapidly. The only thing different that I seem to have done is weaned off my PPIs too quickly, started taking Gastromend and started on Probiotics. I was wondering has anyone started to get better only then to start taking probiotics and then going back downhill? I am experiencing extreme nausea, stomach pains, fatigue, dizziness, the whole lot. I know vitamin C does not agree with me, so I am stopping with Gastromend now. Getting off PPIs for only 3-4 days, but using zantac instead, can not be making me feel this horrible. I have been taking Gastromend for nearly two weeks, and probiotics for 10 days now, not including today. Anything I ate today from plain oatmeal, my normal mix veg/chicken lunch and then even a bite of plain well cooked white rice for dinner nearly made me vomit and caused pain. So I am freaking out a bit here. Would the downhill progress be caused by the probiotics and if so how do I go about picking the right one without constantly going back downhill?

The brand I am using is called: Alflorex Contains 1 billion bacteria.
