Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.
I also eat almonds without any trouble, but i would say rather try bananas and crackers. i know that pregnant women with nausea often eat crackers to help them with that
I never took this when I was flaring but on my recovery and right now I eat them all the time as they are a very low volume, yet high calorie food that digests (at least for me) like a carb and tastes like a carb
