Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.
HI everyone,
I enjoyed my first pizza in nine months yesterday. It tasted soooo good.
I found a GF pizza mix (add water, oil and egg)
I made a kind of spinach and feta pesto with basil and parmesan (no pine nuts) for the base and then topped with my usual vegies baked with fresh sage, rosemary, thyme and majoram. It tasted divine. Who know a pizza could tast so good without tomato.
There is life out there after all.

it's amazing how many foods I took for granted until this happened to me. I'm off to see my parents for a few days in Sydney and see the Terracotta Warriors from China. All packe and leave in two days. No internet after tomorrow,
