Gastritis Support Group
Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.
Is it ok to take them both at the same time? Or do you have to take them spaced out and how long?
To be very honest though pepzin gi didn't do a bit of good for me. I am on my third bottle and have noticed no difference. I'm in Canada so i have to order it at $35 bucks a pop. ($28 or something in U.S. dollars). I won't be buying any more.
maybe it's just me though.
