Gastritis Support Group
Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.
It is true that gastritis is hard for some people to understand. A former friend of mine thought I was making it up to get out of doing things. Some people can be cruel.
Oh and I'm strict with my diet and still have an unexplained bad run now and then.
I also agree with the person who stated if he is a "friend" you should immediately unfriend him on Facebook because you don't need the constant ridicule-to heal you need positive reinforcements. I unfriended a relative from my past who I didn't speak to because they only looked me up so they could pump me for information so as they could gossip about me to others, and very hurtful things were said. Don't open those sort of scenarios on yourself-there are plenty of others willing to give you support.
And last but least, never stop praying. Prayer is such a strong reinforcment and one should pray without ceasing.
I pray you are feeling better soon and keep your chin up.
