Gastritis Support Group
Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.
I find that only the raw pure coconut water is helpful, the processed one can be too acidic. Which other juices do you drink?
You may want to avoid fibers and juice the vegetables or cook them well. I would stop the ginger, it is irritating. I did not notice that probiotics really help.
DGL licorice helped me a lot for the pain. Pepzin GI helped me too but I was taking it when I was not taking the PPI, not sure if it goes with the PPI.
