Gastritis Support Group
Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.
Now if you want to heal you will need to go to a naturopathic doctor. With all respect I don't think MDs have any clue about gerd or gastritis.the only thing they are useful for is the diagnostics. After that they all follow pretty much the standard big pharma procedure that involves prescription meds such as PPIs or H2 blockers.Thats just my opinion though and obviously you don't have to agree with me.
As for people suffering from the same diseases and having totally different symptoms(or having no symptoms at all)its just the way it is.Some people have high pain threshold and/or they don't pay any attention to the symptoms and they will tell you they have no symptoms at all.Others on the contrary, are supersensitive and they will whine about every little symptom they may have.Plus like you said lots of people with gastritis have psychosomatic problems that needs to be addressed first. This is all quite complicated and every case needs to be solved individually in my opinion.
I have to ear white rice, boiled chicken breast and cooked veggies almost on every meals.
Also I've ordered PepzinGI and using glutamine 5 gr a day.
But I'm sure that anxiety playing a bigger role than diet on this!
