Gastritis Support Group
Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.
Lots of fatty beef, vegetables and sweet potatoes and a couple fruits is basically all I eat and I'm not getting any better.
I was told to cut out all gluten oats eggs dairy and sugar. I'm miserable
Was on nexium for 4 weeks with little improvemet. Took pepcid for a week now just took omeprozol today.
I'm lost and it's consuming my life. Please help
