Gastritis Support Group
Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.

Have you considered avocado on a sandwich?
I've only found one mayo minus the mustard and its low fat i think. I'll check it out. I don't normally eat mustard just included it as a concerning ingredient in most mayos. I can handle small amounts of vinegar and white wine. ( a few sips).
I do put avo on my sangas already its just I want some flavours of summer. (I'm down under) I may never get raw vegies other than lettuce and want a little taste of normal now and then.
I'm visiting a friend today who has the mayo I mention so I might bring some home to try at a later time.
Thanks again,
Cas
