Gastritis Support Group
Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.
for me i feel extra sick when i dont eat. i eat every two and a half hours.
i have just found a very few foods that dont make me sick and i stick to them.
i dont really have an answer for you, my best advice would be to try and eat small meals often
are there any foods that you CAN eat?
the only things i found that i can eat are:
crackers
eggs (boiled or microwaved)
bananas
plain oatmeal made with water, no salt , no nothing
if you're very sensitive, you may simply make the broth out of the chicken carcass only. the wontons are just the wrappers and a mix of ground turkey and shrimp. I boil them in water until they come up to the surface and eat with warm broth.
