Some of the things that are recommended by others such as marshmallow tea I have not seen in the shops. Someone was on about Moringa and also things like Pepzin GI or Gastromend. Ive found that I can,t even get Slippery elm powder in the shops. Ive looked on Amazon for things and read reviews. However Im unwilling to try a herbal substance that I have never had before. I do not know how my body will react to it or if Im allergic to it, if it will react with meds etc. I am scared as Im asthmatic too. Anyway I just wanted to say that, be careful and think on that before you buy a new herb. It may work and be good but it is still a risk. People say that pine nut oil works but what if we are allergic to that or it doesn't, work? I just think this although people say to try this or that and of course there is the price to consider too. I have tried TCM Chinese medicine in the past and had acupuncture but it did not work. It cost me a lot of money too and I didn't, know what on earth the herbs were. What do others think?
