Gastritis Support Group
Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.

Keeping a food diary is a great idea, and I will try to do better about keeping one. Currently my no no foods are much longer then my Yippee foods.
I spend too long on the diary each day. I just record any new foods I've tried and their reactions, my fluid intake for the day and any exercise I might do. I know what you mean about the no no's outwieghing the yippee foods. When people ask me what I can't eat it's easier to tell them what I can eat. After a few seconds of my bland diet their eyes glaze over. I'm so glad I joined this support group. At least we all understand the stages of these various complaints and that has helped me a great deal.
Cheers,
Soretum
